Our curated items are carefully selected to offer comfort, convenience, and enjoyment, but individual results may vary. We believe that incorporating self-care and high-quality tools into your routine can contribute positively to your overall well-being.
The skincare and haircare products included in MomBoss SwagBoxes are provided by independent vendors and are not produced by Empirical786Endeavors LLC dba MomBoss SwagBox. While we aim to source natural and high-quality products, we cannot guarantee specific results. We strongly advise all customers to test a small area for any allergies prior to use. As our vendors are small businesses or from around the world, we cannot be held liable for any reactions. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we recommend following the usage instructions provided by the product manufacturers.
It depends on the products and vendors. If it is a unique find like a hand-blown glass art dealer who only has a very limited supply, then we can only purchase what they can sell. If it is an established organic herbal tea farm, owned by generations - then yes, we would like to include a variety of their samples every month. We like to include a little note from our WOSB business partners, when we can. If it one of our unique, business partner from around the world with larger product production - then yes, that product line would be more consistent.
We also try to rotate our products to keep our MomBosses productivity revitalized and engaged!
The only products that come close to considered as consumable are some of our herbal tea finds, or the deliciously scented and luxurious skincare products but we highly advise against that! Other than that - no, none of our packages or boxes will include food or any edible items.
We focus on providing non-edible products that enhance your wellness, self-care experience and promote "me-time". This includes items like skincare products, office supplies, eco-friendly functional items, and more. Rest assured, all our products are curated to ensure safety, quality, and utility for busy individuals.
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments through PayPal.
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We plan to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned for updates.
If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact our customer service team at GuestRelations@MomBossSwagBox.com. We will resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
